What does a Quality Data Associate do?

Quality Data Associates maintain integrity and quality assurance standards and provide customer support. Following strict confidentiality, they ensure data completion and organize and securely store all data. For Colorado Shines, they review all data that is submitted by programs as evidence for each indicator and determine scores. The scoring goes through several quality control checks before finalization. Quality Data Associates support programs and providers by answering questions about the rating indicators, the resubmission process, and by providing technical assistance. They also support Quality Assessment Associates during consultations and assist with the facilitation of Colorado Shines Question and Answer (Q&A) Sessions.
